Position: Occupational Therapist - Oncology/Ortho

Location: Westbrook, ME

Schedule: Per diem

Compensation: $45-$50/hr

 

We are looking for a oncology rehab/orthopaedic therapist to come join our newest and state of the art practice at Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine. Rock Row medical campus is a state of the art complex specifically designed around the concept of providing first class comprehensive services to the oncology community of Maine and beyond. We are partnered with top providers in the state, and will provide rehabilitative services on this campus. We offer unlimited oncology rehabilitation CEU's and offer access to our ReVital cancer rehabilitation certification program right out of the gate. Ideal candidate will be willing to cover multiple clinics within a reasonable driving radius.  We are looking to build our roster for intermitttent coverage needs and may have the potential to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
  • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certified
  • Adult outpatient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience 
  • Lymphedema certification/experience
