Physical Therapist - Carroll County OP Ortho

Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: NovaCare in Westminster, MD (Magna)

Compensation: starting at $80,000

Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and/or Indefinite Student Loan Help

Our clinicians average 10-12 patients per day with 1hr. evals (1:1) and 45-minute visits. We treat a diverse population of orthopedic, sports, and vestibular conditions across all ages. Previous experience as a PT in OP ortho is preferred. We are willing to consider an independent new graduate. Those physical therapists seeking professional growth are encouraged to be considered. Schedule: Full Time (40Hrs.) treating Monday through Friday with two days treating 10A-630P. Your last patient is scheduled an hour prior. Alternative schedules can be considered.

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
