Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: RUSH Physical Therapy - 444 W Jackson Blvd, !st Floor, Chicago, IL 60606

Schedule: Weekdays Monday - Friday, 2-3 Evenings per week

Compensation: $78,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience

Incentives: Sign On Bonus up to $2000

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Preferred 1 year of outpatient experience
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
