Overview

Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Location: Lancaster, PA

Schedule: Per diem. 8-5 Monday through Friday, No Weekends. 

Compensation: Hourly rate is $25-$30/hr, based on your experience. 

 

Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. Diverse patient mix including Hand Therapy, Neuro, POETS and Lymphedema.

Responsibilities

  • Detail-Oriented: Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
  • Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
  • High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
  • Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
  • State COTA license (or license eligible)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid state driver’s license
