Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position: Registed Behavior Technician

Location: LaGrange, IL

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm some evenings till 6pm

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00/ hr (Pending Experience)

Rush Kids Pedatiric Therapy is looking to hire a full time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LaGrange. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst  (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers 
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Minimum:

• 1 year Outpatient experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification
