Overview

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually, based on years of experience

 

 RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy are seeking a full-time BCBA to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team! We are passionate about providing excellent care, from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In this role, you’ll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old. This position requires an individual to supervise line therapists, complete assessments, write reports, and collaborate with families, other therapists, and school teams. Our BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. BCBAs play an integral role in collaboration with BTs to support client success.

Responsibilities

Set a High Standard of Care:

  • Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
  • Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual

Personalized Treatment:

  • Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

  • Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
