Responsibilities

Frisco Main St is looking to hire a Neuro based PT to join our team! We are a team of PT's, OT's, ST's and neuropsychologists. We currently have 3 neuro PT's and looking to add a fourth. Case load tends to include: CVA (acute and chronic), TBI, SCI, Vestibular, Parkinson's and MS. Occasionally we will have amputees. We are looking for an engaging team player who is passionate about treating the neurological patient and wanting to provide transdisciplinary care

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
