Outpatient

Hours: Per Diem

Hourly Rate: $60.00

We are seeking a prn physical therapist to cover our large multidisciplinary center that offers physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology services. Candidate would be expected to treat a wide variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurologic, and oncology related. The ideal candidate is an excellent team player, proactive, and adaptable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR required
