Physical Therapist/Clinic Manager- Offering Student Debt Benefit

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 1909 Veterans Memorial Pkwy S, Unit 100 Lafayette, In 47909

Schedule: Monday Through Friday

Compensation: Salary starts at $75,000 per year

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
