 Per Diem rate is $60/hr 

Responsibilities

Lake Worth is looking for PRN physical therapist located north Fort Worth off highway 820. We are open Monday through Friday and looking for hours as needed. This clinic sees a variety of patients including weekend warriors, pre and post- operative surgical joint replacements and other orthopedic surgeries, Revital oncology, general orthopedics, worker compensation, and sports rehabilitation. We recently acquired a squat rack with access to BFR and dry needling. Looking for candidates who are creative, adaptive and work well as a team.

 

 

As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians.  Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Our daily productivity expectations are designed to support both quality care and efficiency. 

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

Job Requirements:


.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
