Physical Therapist Assistant - Sports Medicine Sign-on Bonus

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant 

Location: 4045 E Bell Rd., Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Incentives:  $3,500 Sign-on Bonus

Schedule:  Full-Time

Compensation: Hourly, $25.00-$35.00/Hr, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus

This position includes High School Sports coverage for Paradise Valley Unified School District. Requirements include occasional Friday night football games, participation in sports physicals, and other duties per Sports Center Of Excellence. Clinic is open 8-12 on Saturdays, and may require coverage of 1 weekend per month. Sports Medicine Experience is preferred.

Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. • Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
