The Senior Director of Digital Communications develops, oversees and manages the execution of Select Medical’s digital marketing and communications strategy across three lines of business, creating opportunities to engage with target audiences, including healthcare consumers, referral sources and payors, to enhance the company’s brands, programs and services to support organizational growth aligned with short- and long-term business objectives.
This experienced leader will bring vision, strategic agility and a data-driven approach to maximize the effectiveness of Select Medical’s digital marketing channels touching 60+ brands.
A proven ability to guide a high performing team to execute successful marketing investment strategies is paramount in this role. Candidates will also require strong communication, project management and analytical skills, and have the ability to influence across all levels of a large, complex organization.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications, Marketing & Branding Officer and will partner closely with a Senior Director of Digital Communications peer responsible for analytics, reporting and online reputation management.
