Position: Speech Language Pathologist- Sandy, Oregon

Location: 

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Compensation: Commensurate with experience; starting at $93,600 annual base

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Sandy, Oregon. This is a new service line for our adult outpatient center!

Must have CCCs for this position! Experience in outpatient adult speech services is required.

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
• 2 years of experience in outpatient
