Therapy Scheduling Coordinator 

Shift hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm  or 7am to 3pm (Work shift to be determined at time of offer)

(Will need to work an alternative schedule shift 7:30am to 3:30pm for orientation for 3-4 weeks)

Responsibilities

The Therapy Coordinator performs various administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services Department.

  • Position requires initiative, problem solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinates patient scheduling, assist with staffing, audits and related activities.
  • Promotes enhanced operations through strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in office skills, including typing and computer skills, and use of office equipment required.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience within a therapy department and/or rehabilitation setting preferred.
