Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) – $16/hr+ | No Weekends!

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Assist Patients & Providers – Answer calls and emails, handle inquiries, and process payments
  • Resolve Billing Issues – Help patients understand insurance, balances, and account detail
  • Maintain Accurate Records – Document patient interactions and update billing systems Support Team Operations – Distribute mail, assist departments, and follow company procedures
  • Ensure Compliance – Follow HIPAA and company policies to protect patient information

Qualifications

What We're Looking for:

 

Required:

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Customer-focused attitude & excellent communication skills

Preferred:

 

1+ year of customer service, medical office, or call center experience

Experience with medical billing, insurance, or front desk operations

Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems

 

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Office setting with extended periods of sitting.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
