Overview

Position: Multisite Center Manager - Physical Therapist

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Incentives:  $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday  

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $90,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-On Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

 

Are you a licensed physical therapist (PT) looking to take on a leadership role? Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a multisite center manager to cover our outpatient orthopedic centers located in the Scottsdale and surrounding areas. This position does require treating patients in addition to management duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations of at least two therapy centers and assure efficient caseload management patient scheduling. 
  • Implement local market business plan, including company objectives and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing fiscal budets and strategic plans for assigned centers.
  • Ensure profitiability and justify monthly profit and loss statement negative variance for your areas of responsibility.
  • Help develop center-specific marketing/sales plans for traditional referrals.
  • Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels and quality of care. Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. .
  • Conduct staff orientation and training, and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans.
  • Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities). Recommend staff for recognition.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance and corporate compliance audits in assigned centers. 

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree or higher in physical therapy 
  • Physical Therapist license in your state of practice
  • CPR certification
