Responsibilities

As coordinator of internal communications, you’ll help to inform and engage 50,000+ colleagues across our diverse national network. Connecting team members in our specialty hospitals, outpatient centers and corporate headquarters to the news and information they need using a variety of communication platforms.

 

The primary responsibility of the internal communications coordinator is to help prepare internal messaging for distribution and contribute to the creation and maintenance of content on our company intranet. Candidate must be able to write compelling copy and build strong collaborative partnerships with content owners across multiple business lines and functions.


This role is responsible for reviewing and updating existing documentation for structural consistency to ensure all documentation meets style, brand and editorial guide standards. The coordinator will also have a role in analyzing and reporting intranet usage and engagement metrics.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Applicable experience required. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task across a large enterprise
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to measure and report knowledge management metrics
  • Strong teamwork, planning and project management skills
  • Basic understanding and experience using project management, service management, and other software tools (i.e. SharePoint, Smart Sheets, MS Office or other similar content management systems)
