This position has the opportunity to work remotely. 

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies for assigned licensed positions
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure effective recruitment strategies
  • Focus on continually enhancing and improving the recruitment practices and outcomes. 
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of outpatient physical therapy centers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 
  • Three (3) or more years of recruitment experience 
  • Expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition processes
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Experience sourcing and creating pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Proven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels and sources

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with therapy or healthcare recruitment preferred.
