This entry-level position assists the Director of Project Management with the following tasks:

• Assist Director of Project Management and team with all FFE Furniture Fixtures and Equipment need to support the opening, relocation or renovation of a facility
• Assist FFE team with and understands how to interpret a project schedule to deliver FFE on time, on schedule and on budget
• Responsible for obtaining proposals, issuing PO’s and processing invoices related to FFE
• Responsible for vendor relationships and coordination
• Responsible for managing offsite storage inventory of FFE
• Responsible for coordination of movers
• Supports assigned Design and Construction Manager and Directors
• Assist with PO’s and invoices related to construction agreements
• Assist with various projects within the department as assigned
  
  
  

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to learn software programs used in the department to complete tasks. Current programs that will be used are Select Marketplace, Markview, Blue Beam, and Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem Solver.
• Ability to anticipate outcomes and potential challenges in process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, ability to work at varying levels within the organization and external to the organization
• Analytical, ability to anticipate effects of decisions and next steps.
