Responsibilities

Looking for a motivated PT to join a team of 3 PT’s, 2 PSS’s who are passionate about providing excellent 
service and quality care to the Addison community. The Addison clinic sees a patient population of general
orthopedics with emphasis on the active adult. Looking to grow the clinic in the area of sports and a more
active patient population. Current staff hold orthopedic and manual therapy certifications so great place to
learn and grow. This clinic is centrally located at Belt Line and Midway with easy access to the Dallas North
Tollway.
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
