Responsibilities

This amazing opportunity is in the fast paced inpatient rehab setting treating a wide variety of diagnosis including CVA, SCI, TBI, limb loss, LVAD, multi trauma, post COVID, critical illness medically complex populations. We are looking for weekdays and weekends.

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Timely and accurate documentation
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
