Therapy Aide

Shift Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

 

Pay Rate: $20/hr

 

Baylor Rehabilitation in Fort Worth is seeking a rehab therapy aide to join a multi-disciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs!

 

The Therapy Aide will provide care to a wide variety of patients, and will participate in clinical care under the direction of licensed therapists in a fast moving rehab hospital setting.

 

 

Responsibilities

Duties will include providing physical assistance with therapy interventions, maintaining equipment within the department, and completing other administrative tasks. The rehab therapy aide may also provide transportation for patients in the company van. No CDL required. Opportunities to work in our Outpatient Day Neuro department as well as assist with scheduling are also available. A driving record check will be performed. Related experience is preferred, though training will be provided to enthusiastic applicants seeking an opportunity in the rehab setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to serve patients as an integral member of the therapy team. Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
  • One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.
