Starting salary: $ 56,326.40

Responsibilities

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Work Strategies Specialist/Athletic Trainer for Fed Ex at the DFW Airport. Job responsibilities for this position include OnSite coverage of an industrial client: Early Symptom Intervention, Ergonomic Risk Analysis and injury prevention services. This position is ideal for a well-organized candidate with a diverse scope of interests and the ability to work independently. Industrial experience is a plus, but not necessary.

 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for OnSite coverage for industrial client 40 hrs/week.
  • Design and implement injury prevention programs for the industrial setting.
  • Early Symptom Intervention for work-related discomforts providing first aid services as appropriate.
  • Ergonomic Risk Analysis.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year clinical experience, Industrial setting experience a plus
  • BS Degree REQUIRED
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification
  • Licensed Athletic Trainer State of Texas (required)
  • BOC certified- preferred but not required
