Opportunity for a dynamic, pro-active, organized individual to assist in the day-to-day administration of FMLA, Military Leave and Personal Leave. Responsibilities include timely formal written responses to all requests for leave of absence and information related to any required payments for benefits during leave of absence.
Daily administration of all current leaves including the following associated tasks:
- Tracking Time Off: Track time off for all leaves, including intermittent leaves. Calculate leave entitlement for all employees on leave.
- Physician Certifications (FMLA Only): Track physician certifications received, follow-up on re-certifications, follow-up on delinquent certifications, and follow-up on incomplete certifications.
- Customer Service: Address all questions/concerns from employees, managers, or HR Representatives regarding Leave of Absence.
