Responsibilities

The communications coordinator of recruitment will provide digital marketing support, including building recruitment campaigns and content generation on social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be a skillful writer and provide creative support for literature across multiple lines of business, sending out email blasts and sometimes traveling to help manage hiring events. This position will report to the senior manager of communications & branding and will work with a variety of individuals within the recruitment and communications and branding team. 

  • Create, develop, and manage content for recruitment social media campaigns (requires working with content management system)
  • Assist with marketing hiring events by assisting with registrations, agenda, and onsite logistics if requested (requires working with CVENT and social media sites)
  • Work with regional recruiters and clinical recruiters to identify marketing options for open positions
  • Manage payments and invoices for Facebook, LinkedIn and other marketing efforts
  • Proofreading and editing various promotional materials
  • Assist in content generation for website and social media platforms.
  • Assist in managing trade show logistics and operations to ensure a successful presence at industry events
  • Maintain an accurate calendar of all recruitment trade shows and events
  • Create and send an email follow-up for hiring events and trade shows.     

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience within a related marketing/communications field
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, while remaining highly organized
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
