Overview

Position: Physical Therapist- Minnetonka, MN

Location: 2000 Plymouth Rd # 200, Minnetonka, MN 55305

Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.) some early days and some later days

Compensation: starting at $72,000 annual base

This is a 2 PT clinic. The clinic offers specialties including aquatic therapy, concussion, and recovery and reconditioning. Onsite mentorship available to new grads and seasoned clinicans returning to outpatient. 

 

Some basic administrative duties are required for staff to complete in order to help patients check in, schedule appointments, and complete any required co-payments.

Responsibilities

  • Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
  • Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
  • Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualificaitons:

  • Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
  • Outpatient physical therapy rotation if a student
  • Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
