Select Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws.  Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Starting Salary: $82,160.00

 

 

 

Responsibilities

A Therapy Supervisor possesses a highly specialized knowledge base and skills to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Communicates clinical issues, as they relate to service or program development, to the leadership team. Promotes clinical development, competency and expertise in staff to maximize patient outcomes. Assists with daily operational management tasks. Effectively communicates on multiple levels.

 

BSW Rehab in Dallas – N. Washington Ave (formerly Landry Center) has the exciting opportunity to add a Therapy Supervisor to our Leadership Team at our Downtown Dallas location on the Baylor University Medical Center Campus in our brand new space! We are looking for an eager and energetic leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for clinical mentorship and support, a desire for program growth and expansion, the ability to develop and maintain referral relationships, and good organizational skills to collaborate with Center and Regional Leaders. We are a staff of Physical and Occupational therapists providing rehab services for all orthopedic and high-functioning neurologic based diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
• Certified BLS required.
