Physical Therapist 

Outpatient

PRN (As Needed) 

 

 

 

 Per Diem rate is $60/hr 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a PRN PT that would cover multiple clinics around the Argyle/Denton/Flower Mound area. This PT would be covering for for vacations or overflow staffing for primarily an ortho case mix. The ideal candidate would be a relationship builder and be an independent thinker. Lots of opportunity for growth in program development in this role along with growing your clinical skills.

 

 

 

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

Job Requirements:


.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
