This is a busy, large multidisciplinary clinic. A Behavior Technician works 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis in the child’s homes and in our clinic. They implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Case Manager. All therapists are supervised by the BCBA/Case Manager on a weekly basis. They are responsible for collecting and recording data based on observable client behavior. An ABA therapist implements services based on the principles of Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis to children 2-12. They receive and implement feedback in a professional manner.

 

 

Work schedule: Part Time 

 

 

 

Responsible for delivering care for children served by RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy based on the principals of Applies Behavior Analysis. The ABA Line Therapist will work under the supervision of the BCBA and provide direct services to individuals with Autism. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis in the child's homes and our facilities.
  • Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
