Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Ortho/Pelvic Health

Location: 1661 E Camelback Rd,  Suite 152 Phoenix, AZ 85016

Incentives: Up to $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

 

Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven Ortho/Pelvic Health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.

 

This outpatient opportunity is in a dynamic clinic located in Central Phoenix.  Caseload will be split between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor.  Previous Pelvic Floor experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
  • Valid State Physical Therapist license
  • CPR certification
