Timekeeping Systems Specialist

Full Time / Hybrid

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)

 

Pay Rate $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily interfaces from our UKG timekeeping system to the payroll system
  • Daily review of timekeeping data and correction of issues/errors
  • Multiple daily uploads of ancillary pay data from and internal systems to the time keeping system
  • Daily upload of education hours from an internal system to the timekeeping system
  • Data entry of time clock adjustment forms
  • Assist with a UKG timekeeping migration project

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient with data entry
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solver

Perferred Qualifications

  • Payroll/Timekeeping experience
  • Previous experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) iSeries, UKG Dimensions and Oracle E-Business Suite (to run reports, scheduling, data views, etc.)
  • Experience using Access
