Outpatient

 

Hours: Full Time

 

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

 Salary Range: $75,920 - $103,084.80

 

With the continued growth of our current oncology program, BSW Rehab Mesquite Republic is seeking a full time physical therapist with a passion for treating the oncology population, including but not limited to pre-operative and post-operative needs, deconditioning, lymphedema management in coordination with other disciplines and other musculoskeletal needs. This position also would require treatment of the general orthopedic conditions. BSW Rehab Mesquite Republic is a multi-discipline/multi-specialty clinic that offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages clinician development and mentorship. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating both our oncologic and orthopedic population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Mentorship is available for our full-time new graduate physical therapists. Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
  • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certified
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience (student rotations considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cancer rehabilitation experience
