Temporary and Full-Time Cash Application Representatives are responsible for timely and accurate postings of all payments, discounts and adjustments applied to the patient account. Complete reconciliation to ensure payment batches are balanced. Reconcile unidentified and/or misapplied payments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Pay starting at $15.50/hr – We now have full-time positions and temporary assignments with the potential to become full-time.
Customer Service Representatives the ideal candidates will have strong phone communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to manage incoming customer calls. The incoming calls are from our former patients/patients' families or representatives who need to be treated with compassion and respect. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period
Insurance Verifiers will be responsible for calling insurance carriers to verify that a patient has the appropriate level of coverage to be admitted to one of our hospitals. You will work independently toward daily goals and be given projects as you learn and master your role. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period
Correspondence Representatives Professionally and courteously provide a variety of patient and insurance services through mail, telephone, e-mail and personal contact in response to patient account inquiries. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period
Billing Positions we will be looking for candidates with typing, computer skills, and an upbeat attitude, diligence, and strong attention to detail. More task-oriented attitude with “Black and White thinking”. Pay starting at $16.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period.
Patient Account Representatives and Claims Resolution Specialist candidates need to be more research-focused, and independent and have a strong attitude to push back to collect from the insurance companies on outstanding accounts and represent our patient’s needs. Strong computer skills and “think outside the Box” abilities are a must. Pay starting between $17.00hr and 18.00/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period
