Overview

We are seeking a COO to provide hands on leadership for critical illness recovery services for Select Specialty Hospital in Midtown Atlanta.  

Responsibilities

The COO will partner with the hospital CEO to provide strategic direction and operations management in the local market. There will be a focus on business development, exceptional quality patient care and fiscal accountability. The right candidate will display high personal integrity, positivity and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. This person must be a hands on self-starter who can assume broad responsibility in a dynamic, challenging healthcare environment. As a COO you will be dedicated to promoting an engaging environment within the hospital and to delivering a high quality of patient care in an ever changing setting.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, contract negotiations, revenue enhancement and expense control. The ideal candidate will also have a strong commitment to authentic leadership, outstanding customer service and employee development and engagement in a dynamic and highly competitive healthcare market. MHA, MBA or equivalent degree required.
