NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an outpatient Center Manager-Physical Therapist in Olney Maryland

NovaCare Olney Maryland is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. Previous management experience is not required, we have a leadership development program to ensure your success at a mutually agreed upon pace.

You must have previous OP ortho experience as a licensed PT to be consider. This is a treating physical therapist (PT) leadership position. We treat a diverse population of teens through geriatrics with an additional PT and front desk support on staff. Our clinicians average 10-12 patients per day with 60 minute evals and 45 minute visits.

Our specialty programs include vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, and sports medicine on top of general ortho. We have the country's largest continuing education program and a six month leadership program to offer you clinical and professional growth PAID. 

Schedule: MWF 8am-430pm; TuTh 1030am-7pm. Last patient scheduled an hour prior to close.

Compensation: $85,000 commensurate with experience

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
