Clinical Liaison (RN / RRT)

The Clinical Liaison role is an excellent opportunity for Nurses, Respiratory Therapists and other hospital clinicians to step away from bedside care and focus on helping patients get placement in the bst level of care when leaving the hospital. You will travel to referring hospitals in Center City Philadelphia to perform clinical assessments, discuss discharge plans, and meet with families of referred pateints who will move to Select for the next phase of their recovery. You are a resource for referring hospitals and healthcare professionals: helping them navigate insurance hurdles and other barriers to discharge.
This is a salaried position that works Monday-Friday with periodic on-call responsibility. No bedside care responsibilities.
