PRN (As Needed)

Availability to cover Monday to Friday and 2 weekend days per month are required.

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

 PRN Rate: $60

Looking for an energetic and motivated OT who wants to part of our rehab team. This PRN position is in the Day Neuro setting. 2 weekend days per month are required. Responsible for Patient Initial Evaluations including goals and Plan Of Care, treatment progressions, weekly status notes and DC assessments. Acute or IPR experience preferred. Our hospital is located in Lakeway Texas in the scenic hill country on the southern shores of Lake Travis. Lakeway is a resort community about 25 miles west of downtown Austin.

The city offers an outdoor lifestyle with a 65-mile-long lake, golf courses, tennis courts, marinas, a private airport, 100 acres of parkland hiking and biking trails, and nearly 500 acres of greenbelts.

As an Occupational Therapist at one of our Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians.  Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. 

• Timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
