Select Physical Therapy in Lake Buena Vista, Florida is currently hiring a FULL time Physical Therapist for our on-site rehabilitation center with a premier partner. This is a 40 hour per week position with the opportunity to join a large clinical team at the area’s largest theme park! Join our team of 4 PTs, 3 PTAs, and 1 CHT treating an outpatient orthopedic caseload which include vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, industrial (FCEs, POETS), hand therapy, fall prevention and ACL program. Newly licensed PT graduates and experienced outpatient PT, APPLY! Work schedule: Full Time Mon - Fri. 3-4 evenings until 7pm. Able to offer 4 10's or 5 8's. 

Compensation: Starting at $71,000/yr plus up to 20k sign on bonus potential! Starting salary increases with experience. Indefinite loan debt benefit program offered for this position. 

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
