Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Pensacola, FL (Westside) has an immediate opening for a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT)! Our center is located 2 miles from the Navy Hospital on the beautiful Gulf Coast of FL. Join our clinical team of 2.5 PTs, 1 OT, 1 PTA and 1 PRN CHT treating a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses ranging of post-operative joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, cervical and lumbar pain as well as a variety of sprains and strains. The center also provides certified hand therapy, physical therapy, pelvic floor rehab, lymphedema therapy, wound care, neuro rehab, and aquatic therapy. Newly licensed and experienced outpatient Physical Therapists, APPLY! Work Schedule: Full Time 9-6 pm MTWTH, 8-5 Fri

Compensation: Starting at $68,000/yr for new grads plus up to 20k sign on bonus potential. Starting salary increases with experience. Student loan debt repayment offered for this position.

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
