Compensation starting at: $68,000 annual base with potential for $10,000 sign on bonus and $4200 in student debt relief.

• In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format.
• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation during PT School if a student or Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience within the last 5 years if licensed
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
