    Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Neuro Transitional Rehab

    Responsibilities

    Speech Therapist needed for PRN shifts with multidisciplinary team at our Neuro Transitional Rehab Center. The patient population includes acquired brain injuries and/or spinal cord injuries with additional comorbidities. Program focuses on return to living at home with family providing care. Care will primarily be performed in the Day Neuro Clinic. However the need to perform treatment at the Transitional Facility may be necessary on occasion as well as in the community. 

     

    Qualifications

    Requires current and valid SLP state license.  Must have CCCs. Adult experience with dysphagia, cognitive-communication deficits, expressive and receptive language deficits, motor speech deficits and voice impairments required. Must have good documentation and strong communication skills.
